By accessing or using InvoiceTracker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceTracker provides invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses, including invoice creation, client management, payment tracking, and subscription features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The Free tier allows up to 5 invoices total with basic features. No credit card required.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro plan costs $19/month and includes unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, premium PDF templates, and priority support. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Billing and Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Uploading malicious code or viruses
  • Harassing or abusing others

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to InvoiceTracker. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
