1. Free Trial
InvoiceTracker offers a 14-day free trial for all new Pro plan users. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with InvoiceTracker within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of your initial payment date.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved:
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Your Pro features will be downgraded to Free tier after refund
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day money-back period
- Partial months of service (we don't prorate)
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Downgrades from Pro to Free during a billing cycle
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you have two options:

From your Invoice History:
- Go to Invoice History
- Find the payment you want refunded
- Click the "Request Refund" button
- Select a reason and confirm

- Email us at Refund@invoicespeed.com
- Include your account email address
- Specify the reason for the refund request
- Our team will process your request within 48 hours
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made, and you'll retain Pro access until your billing period ends.
